My research examines how incumbent organizations navigate the opportunities and risks of digital transformation. I am particularly interested in strategic leadership, evolving executive roles, digitalization threats, and the organizational sensemaking processes that shape responses to technological change.
Methodologically, I work primarily with qualitative research, integrative literature reviews, and selective quantitative approaches. Across these methods, I study how organizations organize, govern, and adapt digital transformation in practice.
My work has been published in outlets such as the European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and MIS Quarterly Executive.
