Hi, I’m Dr. Felix Lorenz. I'm interested in how people and organizations navigate risks and opportunities of digital transformation. Beyond research, I also engage in teaching and practice-oriented knowledge transfer on digital transformation, AI, and organizational change.
I studied management at EBS University of Business and Law and completed my doctorate there in 2022 with a dissertation on the Chief Digital Officer as a digital change agent. Following roles in research, teaching, and organizational consulting, I am now a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Digitalisation in Family Businesses at the University of Witten/Herdecke, where I work at the intersection of digital transformation, strategy, and family business.
